Branch Manager, Zurich Central Region | Susana Alves

Susana Alves, who has more than 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, has been working for our company since 2017. She has had an impressive career in a short space of time: In January 2021, she was promoted to Senior Maintenance Cleaning Manager and since May 2022, she has been acting as Head of Department for Operations Managers at the Zurich Central branch. She is a trained hotel assistant and has completed further training to become a housekeeping manager.

Branch Manager, Zurich West Region | Gerardo Schegg

Innovations are a must for Gerardo Schegg – but the goal is not to replace people – but rather to support them. Whether for clients or employees, the branch manager is equally committed to their concerns wherever possible. «We gain the trust of our clients and employees by communicating and working transparently», Gerardo Schegg is convinced. He is a trained building cleaning specialist with a federal diploma and has many years of sound management experience in various areas of the industry.

Özcan Özdemir has been working in facility management for 18 years and has extensive experience as an independent service provider as well as in various FM positions at Honegger. With his comprehensive knowledge of the industry, he knows exactly what is important in facility management. As a branch manager, he is characterised by a solution-oriented approach and appreciates direct customer contact as well as the opportunity to discuss expectations and needs. As a manager, he attaches great importance to being a role model and is open to feedback from his employees. He is motivating, encouraging but also challenging to ensure the success of the team.

Branch Manager Special Cleaning Region 3 | Rob Eshuis

Rob Eshuis began his professional career in the catering industry, where he most recently worked as managing director. From 1997, he was responsible for food hygiene services and maintenance cleaning as area manager and later as department manager for specialty cleaning in an international company. Rob Eshuis was born in the Netherlands.

Appreciation, trust and respect characterise Rob Eshuis’ dealings with his employees and his customers.

Rob Eshuis is responsible for the following branches in his specialist areas: Frauenfeld, Rotkreuz, Schaffhausen, Winterthur, Zurich.
