With more than ten years of experience in various management positions, he now contributes his expertise to the management and development of the branches in Neuchâtel and Jura. His approach is based on a keen understanding of customer needs and the implementation of efficient, pragmatic solutions tailored to each situation.

Fabio is always close to the action and the teams, and attaches particular importance to open, transparent, and honest communication, both with employees and with customers. Fabio Costanza’s main focus is on developing specialized building services, followed by cleanroom services, while also ensuring the smooth running and further development of other cleaning services.
