Branch Manager | Johannes Hofstetter

Johannes Hofstetter relishes a challenge. After completing an apprenticeship in advertising technology, he studied business administration and earned an “Executive Master of Business Administration in Sales and Marketing Management.” He first gained a foothold in the cleaning industry as an operations manager and then as a regional sales manager.

As branch manager, Johannes Hofstetter’s goal is to work with his team to provide the greatest possible value to customers. «Customers should see that our services are more than just empty promises.» The aim is to build a long-lasting customer relationship that is firmly rooted in the Eastern Switzerland region.

Head of the Special Cleaning Department | Agron Hajrizi

Agron Hajrizi began his career in cleaning in 2004, spending six years as a special cleaning foreman in two family-run businesses. He then spent twelve years as head of the special cleaning sector in an internationally active company. He has worked for Honegger AG since 2024. In 2017, he obtained his federal diploma as a building cleaning specialist, and since then he has also been working as a EFZ | EBA trainer and exam expert.

Respect, trust, and open communication with both employees and customers are core values for Agron Hajrizi. Accordingly, his motto is: «The only way to do great work is to love what you do.»
