Branch Manager | Matthias Kaiser

For Matthias Kaiser, this is essential. «The better we understand our customers’ needs, the more we can offer tailored and innovative solutions.» As a business administrator (HF) and freight forwarding specialist, Matthias Kaiser has extensive experience across various industries and in different leadership roles. After numerous business trips abroad, the Basel branch manager is looking forward to a successful collaboration with his team in a multicultural environment.
Branch Manager Special Cleaning Region 2 | Hasan Salihaj
Hasan Salihaj has extensive hands-on experience. He knows what he’s talking about and what the work on the ground entails. Openness and loyalty toward his colleagues and customers form the foundation of his career at Honegger, which he began in 2007 as a building cleaner. Since then, he has held various positions: as an operations manager and head of the Special Cleaning department. Since 2019, Hasan Salihaj has been the branch manager for Special Cleaning in Bern, Mittelland, and Basel (Region 2).
Branch Manager Facility Management Region 2 | Matthias Lemke
Matthias Lemke joined Honegger AG in 2023 as Head of Facility Management. He gained his extensive knowledge of building services while working as a real estate agent in Germany and as a project manager for the city of Bern, among other things, and has seamlessly transferred this expertise to his role at Honegger AG. True to his motto, «Learn with passion, grow with diligence, live with joy,» Matthias also completed his training as Head of FM & Maintenance by 2025 and will soon be teaching this course himself.
Matthias Lemke now holds the position of FM Branch Manager for Region 2 (Bern, Mittelland, and Basel), where he is equally valued by his customers and colleagues.
