In the Honegger Group’s Facility Management division, robotics is not a topic for the future—it is already an integral part of modern cleaning solutions today. For several years now, we have been gaining practical experience with autonomous cleaning robots across various industries and are continuously refining their deployment and efficiency. Through standardized field tests, close collaboration with various technology partners and suppliers, and daily use in a variety of properties, we have developed in-depth expertise in the planning, evaluation, and integration of autonomous cleaning solutions.

At our company, the successful implementation of cleaning robotics follows a clearly structured and practical process based on our IVCV framework.
Identify
The starting point is an analysis of the area to be cleaned, conducted in collaboration with our clients. Cleaning robots can generally be used across all industries and are suitable for a wide variety of properties and surfaces. For this reason, we conduct a customized analysis of the property’s specific requirements, the intensity of use, the desired cleaning frequency, and the existing operational and cleaning processes.
Verify
Throughout the entire analysis, our teams communicate transparently with our clients and continuously verify their approach against our standardized processes.
Calculate
The calculation shows us and our customers whether implementing robotics into cleaning services is worthwhile. In doing so, we focus in particular on medium- and long-term benefits and cost savings. Additionally, this phase allows us to evaluate suitable robot models that can be configured specifically for this project.
